This series is a fully/semi-automatic periodic operation production line, mainly suitable for aluminum alloy solid solution, quenching, and aging heat treatment processes, Main process flow: loading and unloading material preparation - loading - entering the solid solution furnace - solid solution heat treatment - automatic discharge (sub quenching) - preparation of the rapid quenching unit - the rapid quenching unit places the workpiece (including material rack) into the quenching tank for quenching - after quenching is completed, the rapid quenching unit rises out of the quenching tank - automatic material transfer - to the loading and unloading material position - testing parts - entering the aging furnace - aging heat treatment - automatic discharge - to the loading and unloading material position.
