This forging is a key core component of a high head and large capacity impulse turbine, jointly developed by the group's subsidiary enterprise Erzhong (Deyang) Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Erzhong Equipment") and other units. It will be used for the construction of Zhala Hydropower Station, the first hydropower station project in Tibet with an installed capacity of over one million kilowatts. Zhala Hydropower Station is the core power station of the Southeast Tibet Clean Energy Integration Base, and is the only hydropower project in China that can carry out the development and application demonstration of 500MW high head and large capacity impact type units at present. It is of great significance for achieving national energy security and the energy development strategy of "power transmission from Tibet to the outside".

 

 

This casting is developed by the Second Equipment Company, fully utilizing numerical simulation technology and lean management tools to carry out multi field coupling simulation calculations for filling, solidification, and stress, as well as full process value flow analysis. It has conquered key manufacturing technologies such as high-quality H/J grade heavy gas turbine thin-walled complex steel castings, providing important support for the localization of heavy gas turbines in China and ensuring energy security in China.

 

two × The 460MW level "gas to coal" cogeneration project is a key project in Guangdong Province, Guangzhou City, and Huangpu District. Its excitation system is developed by Guangzhou Qingtian Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group. The unit uses natural gas as fuel and provides energy in the form of combined cooling, heating and power. It is an improved (F level improved) gas steam combined cycle Cogeneration unit. After the project is put into operation, the annual utilization hours of unit power generation will reach 4500 hours, which will provide support for the power grid in the central area of Guangzhou.
